Returns and Refund Policy

At Eelhum Studio, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We sell both digital products (e.g., templates, designs, downloads) and physical products. Our return and refund policy is tailored according to the nature of each product category.
1. Digital Products
All digital products sold on eelhum.com are original works and protected by copyright. They are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Incompatibility with software or devices
- Failure to download the file after purchase
Why? Once a digital file is downloaded, there is no practical way to ensure it is returned, and the product remains in your possession.

2. Physical Products
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item
- You must provide photo or video proof of the issue
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days (if requested)
What’s not accepted:
- Exchanges or refunds requested after 24 hours
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items returned without proof or prior notification
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part.
3. How to Request a Return or Report an Issue
Please email us at

- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photo or video evidence (for physical products)
Our team will assess your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Exchanges & Store Credit
Where eligible, we may offer you:
- A replacement product
- A store credit voucher
- A full or partial refund (in specific cases)
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
